Variants (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive enums could have additional variants added in future. Therefore, when matching against variants of non-exhaustive enums, an extra wildcard arm must be added to account for any future variants.

Expected(&'static str)

Expected $type.

ExpectedLiteral(&'static str)

Expected $literal.

ExpectedByte(u8)

Expected $byte.

ExpectedByteRange(u8, u8)

Expected $min - $max.

ExpectedMatches(usize)

Expected at least $n matches.

ExpectedLessItems(usize)

Expected $n items or less.

NumberTooLarge(i128)

Expected number <= $num.

NumberTooSmall(i128)

Expected number >= $num.

NumberOutOfRange()

Number out of range.

Used as a fallback if min/max bound doesn’t fit in an i128 (for example, u128::MAX).

Custom(&'static str)

Custom error returned by Parser::map_res & Parser::error_msg.
